Returns & Refund Policy
At Allury Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. This exceeds the minimum 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimates
- Earrings
Free UK Returns
Returns are free for all UK customers. We will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@allurywear.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and post it using the label provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@allurywear.com. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, regardless of the return window.
