Not quite right? No problem. At Allury Wear, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. This exceeds the minimum 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimates
  • Earrings

How to Return

  1. Email support@allurywear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send a free prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item securely and post it

Refund Timeline

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Received something faulty? Contact us immediately at support@allurywear.com. We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement, regardless of the return window.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return and new order. Simply return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
